Bob Mayo
Bob joined Boulay in 2023 and has over 25 years of valuation and financial advisory experience. He assists business owners, management teams, and investors on business valuation issues for financial reporting, management planning, and tax compliance purposes. Bob has performed and reviewed hundreds of valuations in a wide range of industries including significant experience with venture-backed technology companies. He specializes in the valuations of business enterprises, capital stock, complex securities, debt securities, derivatives, and intangible assets. Prior to joining Boulay, Bob worked in the valuation and financial advisory groups of national and regional accounting and consulting firms.
