Zachary Schuh

Zachary joined Boulay in 2019 as an intern and became a full-time team member in 2020. He was promoted to Manager in the Valuation team in 2026 and has seven years of experience. Zachary manages valuation engagements from initial planning through draft delivery, while also reviewing team members’ work, mentoring interns and staff and assisting with project scoping and client communication. His areas of focus include stock-based compensation and 409A valuations, ESOP feasibility studies and ESOP sustainability analyses. Zachary enjoys collaborating with coworkers to solve complex challenges and is committed to delivering high-quality work that helps clients make informed business decisions.
