Tom joined Boulay in 2017 and has been a senior manager since 2025. With more than six years of public accounting experience, he performs financial due diligence engagements for both buyers and sellers, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital disputes, and earnout disputes. Tom focuses on providing timely and relevant information to educate and guide clients through the financial due diligence process. He provides transaction services to search funds, private equity, family investment offices, corporate, and individual clients. Tom is also actively involved in recruiting, mentoring and training younger staff.
