Kevin Ellis
Kevin joined Boulay in 2004, became a partner in 2017, and now leads the firm’s Tax department. He focuses on providing sound tax advice and consulting for wholly owned businesses and their owners. Kevin assists businesses and individuals in tax planning strategies designed to minimize their income tax liability, and he leads special projects requiring investigative and analytical skills with the purpose of determining the best financial and tax outcomes for clients. Kevin specializes in Federal and multi-state tax compliance for C and S corporations, and he has experience in Federal and multi-state tax compliance for ESOP entities, as well as in Federal and state tax compliance for individuals, partnerships and limited liability companies. Kevin also has knowledge and experience in international tax issues, including U.S. compliance and various research initiatives, and he researches complex tax issues and presents strategies to clients.
