Jay joined Boulay Financial Advisors, LLC in 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, practice management, leadership development, recruiting and field supervision. He provides wealth management services to individuals and business owners, and he assists clients in defining and achieving their financial goals and objectives. Jay consults with clients regarding qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, estate planning, education funding and protection planning. He also develops growth strategies, provides strategic leadership, client development and executive management to the firm.
