Gerilyn Berens
Gerilyn joined Boulay in 2005 and was named partner in 2024. She is involved in multiple aspects of Federal and state tax compliance in a variety of industries, including real estate, professional services, manufacturing, and closely-held businesses. She assists businesses and individuals in tax planning strategies designed to minimize their income tax liability, and she researches tax issues and makes recommendations based on the findings. Gerilyn also performs accounting services for closely-held businesses and their owners, provides assistance in correspondence with taxing authorities, and develops skills of tax staff.
