Anthony Anderson

Anthony “Andy” joined Boulay as a partner in 2023 with nearly 20 years of professional accounting experience. He provides auditing and advisory services to public and private clients in a variety of industries. Working alongside Boulay’s assurance readiness team, Andy helps transition new Private Capital clients from onboarding to opening balance sheet establishment and assurance readiness. He also uses his extensive experience in SEC rules and regulations, PCAOB auditing standards and inspections, and other technical accounting and reporting matters to perform audit quality review. Prior to joining Boulay, Andy spent nine years at industry organizations, primarily in the technology sector, serving in Director of SEC Reporting, Controller, Vice President of Accounting and Treasurer roles. Andy also has 10 years prior public accounting experience performing audits for both public and private companies.
